Yes, from Floating Window, Quick Settings or One Tap Boost widget, you can optimize your device without launching the app.

Can I force stop the apps which consume more memory?

Yes, apps can be force stopped while optimizing from the Floating Window. Follow these steps:

Enable Accessibility permissions via Fonetastic.
Launch Floating window.
Observe that App ring is displayed (minimum 3 apps to be running in background for App ring to be displayed).
Tap on Status button.

Is there any option to toggle the settings most used by the user?

Yes, from the Floating window you can toggle WiFi, Bluetooth, Brightness, Mobile Data and Sound option with ease.
