To renew your license of Quick Heal antivirus, you need to buy a renewal code from https://www.quickheal.co.in/quick-heal-product-renew.

You may also send us an email for renewal to renew@quickheal.com or call us at 09272202525. Alternatively, you can also visit any retailer or dealer of Quick Heal product or our Quick Heal office.

To renew Quick Heal, you don’t need a new product key. Use your existing Product Key to renew.

You can find the Product Key in the following way.

1. Open Quick Heal antivirus.
2. On the dashboard, select Help > About.
3. Click the License Details button.

After purchasing the renewal code, follow these steps.

1. Open Quick Heal antivirus.
2. Go to Help > About > Renew Now.
3. Select the option I have renewal code or new product key with me and click Next. The Registration Information appears.
4. Relevant information in the Purchased From, Email Address, and Contact Number text boxes appears pre-filled. You can modify your contact details, if required. To proceed, click Next. (Note: The license information such as Current expiry date and New expiry date are displayed for your confirmation.)
5. Click Next. (Note: The license of Quick Heal antivirus is renewed successfully.)
6. Click Finish to complete the renewal process.

If you renew your license online, the license details will get updated automatically whether your product has expired or is about to expire in 60 days as soon as you launch the Quick Heal scanner.

However, you may update your license details with immediate effect in the following way.

1. Open Quick Heal antivirus.
2. On the dashboard, click the Help menu and then select About.
3. Click the License Details button.
4. Click Update License Details and then click Continue.

If you are using an older version of Quick Heal antivirus, it is better that you upgrade it to the latest version first and then renew your license.

To upgrade to the latest version,

1. Download the latest product build from https://www.quickheal.co.in/quick-heal-product-installer.

   Make sure that you download the correct product type.

2. Uninstall the exiting product.

   Note: Save your Product Key and Installation Number before you uninstall the product. You will need them to reactivate the product.

3. Install the new build.
4. Reactivate your product.

Yes. The validity of your renewed license will begin from the original expiry date itself so that you don’t lose the remaining period. For example, your license expires on 20th July 2018. You renew it on 1st July 2018 for a year. Your new license validity will start from 20th July 2018 and not from 1st July 2018. Hence, you do not lose the period between 1st and 20th July.

Renewal means your current license validity has expired and you need to extend the license validity by purchasing a new renewal code.
